Recently I signed my mother up for care credit because she needed help. But we got denied and I thought that was it. Then my father came and re-did it. He filled out the same application only with one difference. I accidently put the wrong income on the application and he corrected it (from 1800 to 3700) It doubled our income.. then he sent it and now they have given us a phone number to contact them with?? What's going on... is she being accepted or denied? Does our income matter that much?
Thanks everyone

I'm sure with the two different incomes listed, they may simply need more information. As far as approval or denial, that would depend on their overall profile once income is confirmed. Good luck!
