Care credit doesn't show CL

DW was approved for care credit. Her score increased 4 pts. Shows 0 balance but doesn't say what credit limit is although she knows its $3500. Is that what they do for this kind of acct? Thanks in advance for your reply.

How new is it? Maybe the account hasn't been fully established online? I think mine took 1-2 days for it to show some of the information correctly.

Sometimes when I look at a 3 CRA report, i will notice some cards not reporting a limt to TU but they are EQ and EX. it could be the way the CRA is showing it on 1 report and not the others.

she received her Wells Fargo health advance credit card today. same as with care credit- received alert of new acct but not showing CL only Balance of $0.00-[ all 3 CRA's} between a rock and a hard place. Treatment will cause both cards to be maxed out if she uses them.
