Declined for Carnival Sea Miles reason was sufficient credit with Juniper. Does anyone think that if I called they would change my current basic card to a Sea Miles card? Anybody had any luck converting?

A Juniper rep told me they never give more than two cards per person, and often no more than one

I currently have a Juniper Visa card with a $3500 Cl which I obtained last month. I have a BK7 discharged in Apr 06 and wondering if Juniper would change my card to a Carnival Sea Miles or maybe consider me for a second card (Sea Miles?) Is Sea Miles BK-friendly? My TU score is 670.
