Carrying a balance with 0% intro rate?

BillMeLater is continually offering deferred interest deals on paypal purchases.   My wifes Sears MC even had some last year based purely on amount of purchase, they did not care where the purchase was made, which is highly unusual.    I often make use of them for applicances and lately tires.

Very good deals, as long as you pay them off.   I usually pay them off a month early to be sure.
