Cash + Replacement Card Fee

Any time I've asked a bank to expedite my card they've never charged me a fee.

Barclay for sure charges $25 expedited replacement fee. It is written on T&C.

Every bank charges a fee, but most of the time they waive it if you ask.

When I replaced by Barclays card they said it was normally $25 to ship it overnight but they did it for free. Got it next day

Right, this was the interesting part.. she said oh absolutely not when I asked if that could be waived as a one-time thing since I lost my card/my card was stolen.

I agree to pay $15? to have them expedited my newly appeoved club carlson, the charge never show up after 2 Month, i won't be complain tho.
