If you stay at IHG probably. A lot of this comes down to how often you actually use hotels. Someone with regular stays that wants to redeem in lower end properties can get a bunch of free nights.

Well it depends. If your a family of four and you used a Marriott or a CSP for everything and stick to one card you would rack up tons of points, which was my point earlier. I feel like hotel/airline cards give the people who don't normally travel much a chance of help out with expenses.?
