Man, I feel like a small fry. I spend about $32,000 a year on credit cards. So I guess I average about 3% on everything. And I don't count AMEX deals.
As for store cards, my wife has a Banana card and I think she gets a $10 gift certificate everytime she spends $100, which I guess works out to be a little less than 10%. I had a Macy's store card, but I closed it. I've thought about the Target card.

I pay tmobile ~$30 for 5GB of 4G LTE traffic for my nexus 5.
Just saw this thread. I use the same plan. It's $30 with no tax. On top of that, you can buy Tmobile prepaid $100 cards on eBay for $66 to $80. This lowers the cost to $20-$25 per month.
