I was wondering if anyone had the Arrival or Arrival plus.... On dining for the 2x, does that include fast food and places like dominos or is it just places you sit down and eat with a waiter?

Arrival Plus is 2x on everything. No categories to worry about. I'm not sure what the % is for Arrival, but there aren't categories either.
