This.  Never sent one before, but figured it out on my iPad.  When calling, they escalate ticket, and claim 7+ day response.  Faster to Secure Message (next day latest).

Thanks I just use the mobile app and every time I tried to send a message it crashed.

I was approved on March 1 and sent SM yesterday. They gave me the extra points and I was a day earlier - maybe you should try calling.
