Yes, afterwhile all the credit card companies will jump on the wagon with tighter caps and tiers. Oh well.

Re: Change coming in BCP rewards structure

I think someone else mentioned that it must be the result of American Express' recent lawsuit and I think that may be the case aswell. Closing Zync and putting caps on both of these cards around the same time the lawsuit was lost seems like a big coincidence. I guess this is what happens when people are too dense to understand terms and conditions.

That was me mentioning this, and you are right all of a sudden at the same time all these changes, and if someone can answer  this question with regards to the gift card purchases in supermarkets did amex get a listing on what particular items where purchased in the supermarket? well I know I will be downgrading my bcp to the regular bce card if there is a chance no caps will be on that particular card.

Some people say card companies can see what you purchase and some say that they cannot. I do not see why they should be able to see what you buy anyway, but I am not them so do not know their intentions.

Re: Change coming in BCP rewards structure

On my statement it says the change won't take place until my account renews or after January 15th. I'm assuming if my account doesn't renew until after Jan 15th, the change takes place then rather than on my account renewal date?
