Charge card with Cash Rewards?

I wonder if there is ever going to be a Charge card with cash rewards? That would be nice

You can always opt for a statement credit with MR or UR points but that generally isn't the most effective use of them.

Now that we have the Everyday card, an AMEX credit card with MR points, I think it would be cool to see a new charge card introduced with possibly a lower AF than the Green, and have a cashback orientated rewards structure.
