I have a BofA charge off from mar 2003. It was sent to CA and I have since settled with the CA. BofA shows account late as recently as May 07 (actually shows late Nov 06 - Mar 07 - May 07). Can they do this? Is there anything that I can do to have these removed, since the account had been paid to the CA? This is really hurting my FICO score.....HELP.
