I am interested in this also. Last year around this time, I received a pre-qualified offer from them. 15.99 APR was a turn off so I passed. Scores around 660 at that time. No other offer since then.

This is a regional bank (midwest) so they will not be a large issuer. The rate mentioned above looks like it would have been at the high end of the tiered rates for a non-rewards card last year. I have never heard any mention of them in this forum before. If you are looking for a card I would suggest trying either one of the large national CU's mentioned here or your local CU. A large issuer or a CU may offer better service.
