Charter One/RBS Denial

I'm not really surprised for the denial itself, but the only reason:

SUFFICIENTLY OBLIGATED WITH BANKCARD ACCOUNTS

I applied for this looking more for a relationship with a different lender.  When I applied for the card I had 3 inq on my EQ.  No score was given, but I have a clean file, 4% util around $200k in available credit - which I understand is a concern to some lenders.  The letter does offer reconsideration, which I doubt I will pursue.

I think every so often, they use that as a reason. That's what AMEX uses to deny me CLI's, lol.
