I have a Chase Sapphire card and my wife has a Chase Freedom Card, we currently do not have a checking account with them, but if we do open a joint checking account would we qualify for the trifecta?

Yes. Make sure you call or tell your banker in person that you would like to take advantage of 10/10 (officially it's a part of something called "Chase Exclusives").

Make sure you open the cheking acct with one of their bonus coupons. Just google "chase checking account bonus" & you should find a link that directs you to an email signup page for the coupon.
