Hi,
I am wondering if anyone knows how to convert the Chase Amazon to a Chase Freedom? I've called many times but they told me no. However, I read one post here saying that it's possible. Anyone have any suggestions?

They will only PC non-partner or internal cards.

They are backed by different banks thus impossible.
Amazon store card backed by GE Money Bank
Chase Amazon visa backed by Chase
You can have both... just apply for the Chase version if your scores are good enough

I did it without any problem in 2009 but they might have changed their policy since then, so at least it has been possible in the past.

OP wants Chase Amazon to Freedom, not GE Amazon to Chase Amazon.

Haven't read on here where that works.
