The last CLI I got was automatic, and happened on 5/27/08. I requested a CLI (10/30/08) while my Freedom card was being activated (changed from student +1). Got a letter today saying that I was denied because:
"Your credit line was recently increased"
Should I have waited until December? Should I call and attempt a recon? Or is it wise to wait another few months?
