Just wondering the best way to request a Chase CLI? I have had the card 10 months.
On a little spree here and this is my lowest card and I would like to request a higher limit.
I have NFCU @ $10,000
Discoer @ $2000
New Amex (Not Reported Yet) @ $2000
New Walmart Discover (Not Reported Yet) @$1800
Just closed 2 Capone cards.
Score's roughly 690 TU, 737 EX Fako, Dont know Ex.
Forgot to mention Chase limit is $1000
Currently using 40% util, but just payed it off earlier today (not posted)

Have they been SP'ing you?
Who is they?
If you mean new cards, no.
If you mean Chase, no well. They did a original HP when I got the card and nothing since.

I think I would wait until it hits the yearmark. It will more than likely be a HP.

Figured as much that it would be a HP. I'll let it hit a year and then try it. That way my other cards will be reporting as well.
As suggested from time to time, why not apply for one of the "signature" cards (CSP, CS, Marriot) which almost guarantees a minimum of a 5k limit...get the bonus...use bonus...close card a few months down the road and move the limit to the card you wanted the CLI on? You're taking a HP either way, but the benefits of doing it this way outwheigh a CLI request.

Never thought of that. How easy is it to transfer the limit to another card with Chase?
