Chase CLI

I have a Chase Freedom card. I called CS to request a CLI. I asked if it required a HP. The CSR said "yes". I asked when my account was due for an auto CLI. I have received auto increases in the past. She responded that all requested CLI's require a HP. No exceptions. They no longer offer automatic CLI's. Is this true? Has anyone received an auto increase from Chase recently?

I got a no-HP CLI on my Freedom when I called the executive office.  $3,000>$6,000.

I've had the Chase Amazon for coming up on 2 years.  It was my primary card for a full year, being used for nearly every transaction... never saw a single increase from the $1,000 they started me at.

It's now sockdrawed.

I have the Amazon visa also at 1000. After 6 months I got an auto cli from 1000-1300 but nothing since then. I'm gonna call when my card gets to 1 year and ask to PC into a freedom or ask for a cli on par with my other cards.
