Freedom can get pretty expensive if someone carries a balance after any introductory APR is over.
My APR is 17.99, but im sure there are some people at 22.99%
Still too high.
I applied Sapphire after getting 17.99 on my Freedom, got Sapphire at 15.24%. Makes no sense.
I found it ridiculous having Citi, BofA and Discover all at 12.99 or lower from when I had lesser credit that Chase found 17.99 the best they could offer me. There should be more tiers, perhaps a 14.99% between the 11.99 and 17.99?

You are paying a much higher APR than the Pageonce average of 16.88%
Details:
Issuer: JPMorgan Chase Bank
Account: CREDIT CARD
APR: 22.24%
Their brilliant recommendation as a replacement is:
CapOne Classic Platinum for Average Credit
That is pretty funny!!!!
