Chase - Closing Date - Not Available

Hi guys,

I got a Freedom and CSP now for one week. In the beginning the Next Closing Date dates where changing nearly daily.

Now they are both showing "Not Available:. Should I call in or do you think it will "repair" itself. Payment Due Dates are end of December and beginning of January.

You can call or email.  If the credit card is in their system, they will have your exact closing date.  It's based off your account open date so it does not change.  If you were approved a week ago, they will have your closing date.

The same with my DW Freedom from a few months ago. She asked the closing date because she only has $500 limit, so she wanted to pay before closing date.
