Yup! Because Chase is always a HP for a CLI. Not surprised.
i just requested mine today. i called exec office and they are doing it for me. it will take a day or two. i told them i needed more for a ring. so we will see.
Chase CLI's are only HP's if it's customer initiated. Chase Auto CLI's are SP's.

I think it's a ymmv thing...
with my old Slate card, they always denied a CLI, but it was always a SP... that was in 2010-2011.
I haven't requested one on Freedom yet, but if you initiate it with an uw or ca, I think it's their decision to hp or sp you.... sometimes, they just aren't nice I guess....
