It has been suggested that I contact Chase EO regarding PCing my Sapphire to Freedom. However, the number listed on backdoor numbers seems to put me through to a fax machine. That's 888-625-7547. A new number or an e-mail address would be swell if anyone has it.
Google the CEO's email .. they will contact you after you send an email to the CEO. Do not provide anything but your name.

So, what are you saying? Just send "Can you have someone contact me? Signed randeman?"
I sent you a PM.

No .. present your case and sign it with your real name!
They can pull up your contact info with just that.
Okay, so! Called the EO just to see if anyone was there at this hour. I had the option of being transferred to a senior specialist who deals with EO issues when the EO is closed. The specialist said that I can PC the Sapphire to a Freedom. I have to wait until the card is a full 12 months old, which in this case will be August 12 next. She said she would note my account that we talked about it and I should have no problems. She further said that even though my Sapphire is a signature card, if I didn't want a Freedom signature (due to what is reported in the way of a limit to CA) I could have a regular Freedom. Whichever I want. I think I'll keep the signature. Even though it doesn't have the prestige it once had, it's still fun to have.
Sidebar: she told me that signature cards do not earn higher swipe fees from merchants as I have read here and on other forums. But that is neither here nor there, just a bit of "trivia".
How do they know your phone # thats crazy
