I filled out the application on the Chase website and I clicked submit. But then as the application was processing my internet stopped working. I don't know if the application went through or not. I didn't receive an email from Chase. I called the automated status line and they said they couldn't find my record. How do I know if my application went through. I don't want to apply a second time and get two cards.

Call and speak to a CSR about it.
I found a link that tells you the status of any applications. They said I didn't have any active applications so I'm going to apply again.
I applied and got the 7-10 day message.

When I first applied I called that number afterwards, they said they didn't have a record of my application. The information might not have been up to date so I wanted to make sure the app didn't go through before I submitted another one. After the second time I applied I called the number again. They said thank you for the application and that I should receive a decision in approximately two weeks.
