Chase has always been a pleasure to work with. Their people actually work with you and try to find ways to help you out with your situation rather than give a runaround on why things can't be done. My very first CC was a Chase and I have never had any problems with them.

, although my account is right at 10 mos. While I did not have a reporting balance, I'm in between statements, so there is a balance on the card. I bring this up because I don't see a soft or hard inquiry on any of my monitoring services, leading me to believe that they may have reviewed the account itself, which would have revealed a balance....My logic may be off though.
