No, pretty much no card offers cash back for BTs as it's not a "purchase", merely shuffling existing spend around. Since you are not spending new money on Freedom, you won't get the cash back on the transfer.

Barclay did that once a while.
they ran ring promotion which you can get 1% back on BT, no fee, 8% Apr.
I may be wrong on this one, you could earn 1mile per BT on usairway, but 3% fee apply, bad deal.
those were limit time offer, NOT available most of the time.
