Chase Freedom Denial - 2 recon's--no go

It seems like for some people the freedom is hit or miss. For me, it was a miss, even after recon as well. However, a few days after being denied for the freedom, I decided to test my luck with the chase amazon rewards card, and was instantly approved for that at 1.5k, as well as a ritz carlton that day at 5k. I really wanted to get the chase amazon to get an in with chase(I initially applied for the freedom cause I thought that was the easiest card to obtain), and was completely shocked at the ritz approval after the amazon card.

It sounds like at this point they've pretty much made their decision. It's an HP but it's not the end as others have mentioned give it a few months you have some positive lines going in your favor. I'd also suggest that you check the Chase pre-quals on their site because those are usually pretty solid. Good luck!
