Chase Freedom , Discover IT & Citi Divident

Three offer 5% every quarter, but it seems the first two are more popular than Citi Divident.

Is there some reason or it's just my illusion.

For me, the points for Chase and Discover are more valuable

Doesn't the dividend have a total max of $300 per year, whereas that limit on the others applies only to the 5%?

Citi is a toss up they do not announce ahead of time what the revolving categories will be. Not being able to plan is a negative IMO.

I might get one. I have a couple of other cards to get over the next year. If wells fargo hasn't improved their rewards card I will probably app for it and cancel my WF card.

None do. Straight 1% which is why it may get axed in the future.
