Chase Freedom Plus

Does anyone have a link to this card?

 

On Monday, the Chase teller told me I was preapproved for this card ($30 annual fee, waived for the first year), the Chase Freedom (not plus) or yet another Chase card (no rewards; but 6.4% APR). Since rewards are capped on the regulard Freedom card, I opted for the Freedom Plus, but I can't find information on the card anywhere on Chase's website. I have heard that in addition to the no cap on bonus points, there is a $100 reward after first use (as opposed to the $50 reward on regulard Freedom). I'd like to verify all of this on the website, but can't find that card on the site.

 

If anyone could provide the link, I'd appreciate it.

 

Meanwhile, I don't yet have the card but it has appeared on my account online with Chase, with a $6K limit. Woo hoo.

Earn triple miles
You will earn 1 base mile for each $1 in net purchases. Each billing cycle, you will also earn an additional 2 bonus miles for each $1 of eligible net purchases made at merchant locations in the 6 bonus categories where you have spent the most. The top bonus categories earning the 2 bonus miles vary monthly depending on your spending habits. Retail establishments must classify their merchant location for Visa/MasterCard as one of the following bonus categories: grocery stores (that are not affiliated with or departments of superstores, warehouse clubs or discount stores), gas & convenience stores, quick service payment/fast food restaurants, telecommunications, cable/satellite TV/Internet Service Providers, video rentals, department stores, dry cleaners, drugstores, movie theatres, local and suburban commuter passenger transportation (including ferries, bridges, tolls, parking garages, taxis/limos), pet supply stores and veterinary services, utilities, beauty shops (salons and spas), or gym/recreation memberships. Purchases not eligible to receive the 2 bonus miles include, but are not limited to, purchases made at superstores, warehouse clubs, and discount stores. Online and catalog purchases are not eligible to receive the bonus miles unless the merchants have correctly identified and billed the transactions. We do not determine whether merchants correctly identify and bill transactions as being made in each particular category. Switch between miles, cash back, and points

For example, $5 in rebates will transfer to 500 points or 500 miles. If you are earning your rewards as points, your points will be converted to rebates at a rate of 1 point to $0.0,1 and to miles at a rate of $0.01 to one mile. For example, 500 points will transfer to $5 in rebates or 500 miles. If you are earning your rewards as miles, your miles will be converted to rebates at a rate of 1 mile to $0.01, and to points at a rate of 1 mile to one point. For example, 500 miles will transfer to $5 in rebates or 500 points. Your transferred rewards will be available the next business day after 3:00 pm Eastern Time. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. The third card from the left is the BASIC Chase Freedom card, which has no annual fee and caps bonus rewards at $600 (purchases).

 

The card I am speaking of the Chase Freedom PLUS card, which (I was told) has no cap on the rewards, and has a $30 annual fee (in exchange for not having a cap, I'd assume), but the fee is waived for the first year.

 

Any idea how to find a link for that card, or is it some kind of mystical thing? lol. I'm starting to wonder. . .

Well on my screen it says "earn triple miles" above it and it is titled chase freedom plus card. It is imbedded in the screen, so I can't provide a better link.

1. You authorize us to obtain credit bureau reports in connection with your request for an account. If an account is opened, we may obtain credit bureau reports in connection with extensions of credit or the review or collection of your account. 2. If an account is opened, you will receive a Cardmember Agreement with your card(s). By using the account or any card, or authorizing their use, you agree to the terms of the Cardmember Agreement.
3. You authorize us to allocate your payments and credits in a way that is most favorable to or convenient for us. For example, you authorize us to apply your payments and credits to balances with lower APRs (such as promotional APRs) before balances with higher APRs.
4. Claims and disputes are subject to arbitration.
5. As described in the Cardmember Agreement, we reserve the right to change the terms of your account (including the APRs) at any time, for any reason, in addition to APR increases that may occur for failure to comply with the terms of your account.
