Good luck! You're mostly in if you can pass this verification round. It took them a week to receive my faxed documents (DL and Address Verfication) and another few days to process the information at their other department. The wait was annoying, but it was worth it in the end.
I had a Chase branch nearby so I walked in and asked them to fax the documents for me. Saved me $$$ since I do not own a fax machine.
