which number are you calling? i could be wrong but i thought Chase Credit Analyst were only open M-F 8am-5pm EST.

analysts open on weekends. Verifcation dept is not.

oh ok thanks for correcting meSmiley Wink i agree that you should definetly call again tomorrow for a second recon. thats what i had to do with my BARCLAYS card and the 2nd recon was a success!

I agree, they sounded very helpful in my case but it turned out they tried to pull EQ and it was froze, they pulled EX 4 months ago when I apped so I assumed they would do that again.
