Chase Freedom or Citi Dividend?

Which do you feel is the better card as  far as CS and initial starting CL. Your input is appreciated.

I feel that Citi is more generous with starting credit limits but Chase's Freedom card has the much better rewards system and Chase seems to be much better with recons. Both are good cards and Citi has been great to me but if I have a choice between the two I would go with Freedom.

Edit: Forgot to mention that  Citi does do SP CLIs unlike Chase so there's more room to grow there.
