Only thing I'm wondering is, if you already spent $500 and got the original 10k bonus do you automatically get this extra 10k? Or do you need to spend another $500?

I would assume they just credit the account, how long did it take for your points to post once you passed the $500 threshold, I passed it 11/8/13 and its obviously already posted and i still dont see my 10k UR points posted.

I don't remember exactly, I know I got approved for the car on 8/29 and in September I had received the bonus. But I don't know if it posted immediately or if it posted when the first statement came.

Someone mentioned it earlier, but chase is really on the ball with this one! DW SMed them and within 20 minutes they credited her 10k UR points. She has already reached the $500 threshold for the original 10k offer but that hasn't even posted yet.

Did the same.  Got my Freedom card about month ago.  SMed them and within 2 hours, I had 10k additonal points added to mine.  Awesome CS.  DW sent an SM for hers, she was told to reply back when she hits her bonus spend to get the full 20k points.

Same here, I was approved last Thursday for the $100, called EO just now, took 2 minutes and they bumped me to $200.  Too easy, thanks to Chase!!
