Bah, categories are absolutely worthless to me.

 

But that is 40% cash back on the first $500 of spending, and I WAS planning to app for chase Freedom in December anyways :smileywink:  :smileywink:

 

Edit: guess I can just buy a $500 Amazon.com gift card before the end of the year...

I would try again, first time I heard of them not honoring it and you just got it. 

 

Send it to general topics or something instead of rewards inquiry. 

 

Also post the link and be nice about it. I was able to get my 10k and I just nagged them about a targeted offer this weekend then this public offer popped up.
