Chase Freedom

So I was going through some old documents today, for some reason I keep denial letters, I think it helps me see the reason for denial, and then I can establish goals on how to correct whatever is wrong on my report. Anyway, I came up on a letter from Chase dated January 24th of this year (A day after I was approved for Amex Smiley Wink) My sole denial reason was "Too many recent requests for credit"

My question is, if I were to apply today, which I'm not planning on, would I be approved, as I have opened no new accounts since then? Or would they find another reason to deny me..

Re: Chase Freedom

Odds are, they'll decline you for the SAME reason.

Do you know how many inquiries you have in the last six months?  Last year?
