So I broke down and applied for the Freedom card. I got the 7-10 day message. I called the automated line and it says my application is being reviewed. I'm really not sure if this is a denial or an approval. I've received this message on all my current cards. The thing is, ive read that Chase pulls EX, and Im having trouble seeing my EX report and fico score, so I can't tell what I have on there. My EQ FICO is 710 and my TU FICO is 705. AAoA is 5 months according to CK. Newest account is two months old, and oldest account is 13 months old (so basically my credit history is 13 months old) and my annual income before taxes is 19,200.
When I first applied for thfreedom it pulled my Experian which i figured so I reconed them after i Applied since i got the 7-10 days thing and told them I have a Discover card at the time only. They then pulled my TU. It was another HP though at least for me
Chase double pulled me for Freedom on EX and TU after an instant approval via a pre-qualified offer.
Just called Chase to recon, and the guy told me that they received the application and it's still processing but know one has reviewed it yet. He said he couldn't manually review the application for a recon until someone else reviewed it and made a decision, which made no sense.

Yes, some people, including me, seem to get double pulled by Chase for no obvious reason (obvious to us!)

Call the recon line and see if they need anything from you. Usually they will give you an answer right away. Chase pulled both EX and TU for me. So YMMV.

That means you haven't been accepted or denied yet. Call again later today/tomorrow. Use (888) 245-0625; that's where I got the quickest service yesterday.
