I received a letter from Chase today and the letter said what already did/knew to fax or send a copy of my DL and SS card the letter had a different # and it was signed by the 'fraud' department. So I called the # (it was a different # from the one I have been calling) the lady asked me my DOB, How old I am now, my address and then she stated that my app still pending she said they did receive my fax with my DL and SS card she advised me to call back friday 04/05/13
