Points are more hassle to redeem than cash back. However, points are worth at least 1 penny and potentially a lot more as you get greater than 1 cent per point for travel and can get miles that could equal higher redemption rate. Of course, points can easily be devalued at any time. So kind of up to you. I would probably get the points one.
The cards have similar point structure except one gives 2X for restaurants and one gives 2X for hotels. So have to see which is more useful for you.
If you have enough spending, I would recommend you just get both. Since no annual fee, why not get both sign up bonuses?
Chase business cards do not show up on personal credit aside from initial HP. They will also show up if you go delinquent (not sure if lates count towards this).
