Has anyone on here applied for this card and been approved with just an ssn?

I would think it's incredibly likely as not all businesses file under a different TID than the individual.  I'd be pretty surprised to find otherwise but I don't know for certain.

You can use you SSN but they prefer a FEIN. Be prepared to answer more questions if you are using just your SSN as a sole proprietor.

I was approved earlier this month applying as a sole proprietor.  It was not an instant approval.  I called in and had to answer a few questions.  The call took less than 5 minutes.
