Greetings all,
Just FYI to all; Chase Marriott Preferred Rewards is currently offering 80,000 points if you spend $3,000 in the first 3 months. This looks like a great deal if you ask me. I figured it out to (3) free nights in a Catageory 6 Hotel. The Worthington Renaissence Forth Worth hotel is a Catergory 6 Hotel. It is also a 4-star hotel and my wife and I stayed at this hotel when we went to see the Cowboy v.s. Panthers game back on Thansgiving Day. It is a beautiful hotel and it pays for the $85 AF; which is waived the first year. I just thought you guys might want to know. Thanks and enjoy what remains of your day.
Usually (often? always?) there's a 70k offer with the annual fee waived and that tends to be a better deal, but YMMV.
Sorry, but I would have to disagree. Both deals offer to waive the first year. The 80K deal gives you (3) nights at a category 6 hotel. Chase Marriott Preferred Rewards gives a free night every year once you have the card the first full year; that offsets both the $75 and $85 dollar AF's. Just MHO. Thanks for sharing.

Ooooh. Good to know! I haven't seen that version. Thanks!
Thought one offer had the AF for the first year and other didn't... Linkie? Thanks

Same here. I've checked everywhere and I don't think that there is any active link for the 80K offer currently. When there was, it included an AF
I recieved a mailer with this offer, but I have not seen it available online. I think it is a good offer; however, IMHO I also believe the 70,000 points for 1K spend is a better offer.

Does the offer you received for the 80K points include an AF?

The AF is waived the first year.
