Chase, No Credit Check Card??

Well my credit file is relatively thin...average account age is 8 months, and i been on file for 1yr and 11mths. My score at the time i believe it was 631, and i do have one medical collection unpaid for $200.

Chase allows AU's  but they told me they did not report them unless they check the other person credit report, well my mom checked her credit report and noticed this card was on it, but she did not get any alert letting her know new account has been added!

So obviously what they told me was incorrect, has this been the case with you?
