Neat looks like a standard cc app.

 

I wonder why they have to email it?

You print, fill out, then fax it back right? I would imagine its for your signature to be laser etched that they process it like that.

I don't think income is a significant factor for this card. I could be wrong of course.

Current Score: TU 670 EQ 683 EX ???
Goal Score: 700 on all 3

Freedom: $3k, CSP: $5k, Chase Disney Premier: $5k, AmEx Zync: NPSL, Cap1 NH: $750, Cap1 Plat: $750, USC CU: $500
