Just wondering if anyone had seen this:

This is an example of why I refuse to open any accounts with Chase (CC, Savings, Checking, Loan).
I have experienced them behaving similarly in the past (not on my own accounts).

I have NEVER experienced this out of Chase.
Me neither BUT theres a first for everything. I have 2 cc with chase and so far (there awesome).
And once chase makes it out here to so cal i will close my wells fargo check/sav acct and open with chase.
Did anyone hear about when Sprint all those letters to a bunch of customers saying they were closing their accounts? Basically it was the same thing. If a customer kept calling in a bunch of times and still weren't happy, Sprint decided that since they couldn't make them happy, then they were better off somewhere else.
I sincerely hated when Sprint came in and took over Nextel. But hey, I got a nice severance package out of it.
