Chase Policy: If you don't like us, leave

Just wondering if anyone had seen this:

 http://www.timeforblogging.com/2007/04/19/boycott-chase-bank-and-learn-what-not-to-do-in-customer-service/

This is an example of why I refuse to open any accounts with Chase (CC, Savings, Checking, Loan).

I have experienced them behaving similarly in the past (not on my own accounts).

I have had good luck with a Chase CC - YMMV
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

Re: Chase Policy: If you don't like us, leave

Did anyone hear about when Sprint all those letters to a bunch of customers saying they were closing their accounts? Basically it was the same thing. If a customer kept calling in a bunch of times and still weren't happy, Sprint decided that since they couldn't make them happy, then they were better off somewhere else.

I sincerely hated when Sprint came in and took over Nextel. But hey, I got a nice severance package out of it.

Maybe things have changed since this complaint happened over a year ago. Chase has treated me well lately.

I have also found Chase to be nothing but helpful on the phone with them.

Here we go again...
