What type of prequal? Do you mean the offers that are on the system when you login...with the green check marks? If so yes...but if you are referring to the ones when you are searching through their credit cards and you "get pre-qualified," no those do not. I've read that if you get an pre-qual in the mail with a invitation number it would bypass 5/24. And of course pre-approvals in branch are said to bypass 5/24.
