Chase Prequalify Offers!!!!

I have been trying to get a Chase preapproval through their prequlify site to no avail but today when I input my Info and BOOM... I got to 2 offers 1 for Freedom and other for Chase Slate. currently I have a auto lease with chase with no lates with 16 month payment history and AU on a freedom card plus 6 other accounts with various banks all with no lates. But I do have a unpaid Tax lien that I am trying to payoff and couple of accounts from MIdland Colelction that show up as 0 balance reporting as installment accounts .

Do I have a shot for theFreedom with this offer they gave me or is it a waste of a hardpull. My experian is 712 per fico.com

A pre-approval is not a gurantee BUT it can be a strong sign for sure.

A 712 EX score is strong. What is your UTL at right now? And what APRS is Chase offering through the prequalify?

wow, just tried it and got offered a CSP! last month it had no offers for me but im in the garden till january...omg, its tough lol

lien shows up on all 3 bureaus. My utiliization is like 5%.
