I had my Explorer card for over a year. Anyone has experience doing product change from Explorer to Club card? (while keeping the same account number)
I just applied Freedom in Oct, and CSP in Dec, both were approved, but when I applied the CSP, the CSR asked me to relocated my credit line. I think I am now reached the maximium credit line chase could extend me, so I will not consider a new application, but holping for a product change.
