Chase Reducing Cash Advance Limit to 20% of CL

     In case you hadn't noticed, Chase appears to be reducing cash advance limits on some credit cards to 20% of the total credit limit.  I have an Airtran Visa that was sold by Barclays to Chase last year.  Chase just dropped my Cash Advance Limit by 50% without  any prior notice:

Chase has always been 20% for me.

My CU card has been 100% for me.

My bank cards are 20%. Go figure.

Chase actually reduced my cash advance limit (from 50%) to 20% as well.
