Yes I did! Finally closed! Yay! First mortgage payment is due April Fool's Day and the mortgage account posted to myfico a week ago...score dropped 8 pts. I'm totally in the garden right now.
I did end up getting a Chase Freedom with $1000CL. Not much but happy I got in the door. My first payment is clearing on Friday and it is a PIF payment. I have officially sock drawered the Orchard card. My Freedom is replacing it as all I get from Orchard is an AF, interest, and no rewards. I also got a BB store card 3 weeks ago with no AF and $2500CL. I did finally get my Cap1 Cash Rewards credit steps increase to $2500CL. I have almost $8000 in CL but still, no single card has a CL above $2500. I plan to wait out the Cap1 transition for another year to see where things settle in at and email the EO then. I know I will have to...I don't believe anything spectacular will come from this transition at all.

Oh and we decided to scrap the rental property for a new construction inventory home. The list of repairs were enormous and my landlord refused to fix anything plus rose the price on us.
