Chase Sapphire Preferred Invitation!!!

Just when I settled into gardening, I got an invitation in the mail from Chase for the CSP - 40k points after spending 2k in first 3 months & $0 AF for first year - :smileyfrustrated:

I went on an app spree in Feb 2013 so there is no need for a new card but the CSP is so prettttyyy! lol  Does CSP do a hard pull, even with the invitation letter?  And what CB do they pull?

It's also available if you just apply at a branch rather then online. Nothing special about the offer and if you just went on a spree in February they may deny anyways. I'd just wait for a better sign up bonus and meanwhile let my score bounce back.
